Zimcom was part of the Liberty Center One family for several years, and we’re excited to share that we are now officially operating under one name.
You will continue seeing the Liberty Center One brand reflected across our systems, communications, and websites. This isn’t a change in ownership or leadership, it’s simply a unification of our brand and systems to make your experience even more seamless.
What’s Changing
- The Liberty Center One name and logo is now on all emails, invoices, and websites.
- Our email addresses now use the Liberty Center One domain (for example, cloudsupport@libertycenterone.com). Emails sent to Zimcom addresses will continue to reach your same team.
- The payment portal URL has moved to billpay.libertycenterone.com, but your saved payment methods (eCheck, credit card, ACH) remain in-tact.

All billing and accounting functions have officially moved under the Liberty Center One name. Invoices will now come from billing@libertycenterone.com
